The app ensures that data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. The app supports various modes of file sharing, including read-only, write permissions and a “blind” mode for secure backups. Ouisync is able to function in conditions of limited or no internet connectivity. Like Ceno Browser Ouisync uses the Ouinet library and BitTorrent protocol.
